Overview
Step by Step School is looking for a proactive IT professional to support and manage the school’s network infrastructure and provide end-user technical support across campus.
Daily Support & Monitoring including assisting staff to connect their laptops/devices
Configuration, Backup, and Preventive Maintenance
Weekly/monthly preventive maintenance, support, and assistance
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for hardware repair, maintenance, warranty, and RMA support.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and take corrective actions for hardware failures.
Ensure server and endpoint data backups and synchronization on cloud platforms (OneDrive/SharePoint).
Track incidents, events, and changes through the ticket management system.
Support documentation, IT projects, and evaluation of new network/security solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments for completion of IT-related tasks.
Perform any other IT-related responsibilities as required by the school.
