IT Executive (Walkin)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support our company's IT operations, ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, and assist with the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or other systems.
• Ensure timely backups and data security measures are in place and functioning.
• Support the implementation and roll-out of new software and hardware.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and AMC services.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems, licenses, and assets.
• Assist in cybersecurity efforts and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Provide IT support for meetings, video conferencing tools, and other collaborative technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and antivirus software.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
