Title : IT Help Desktop Coordinator

Shift – 7.30 pm – 4.30 am (Night Shift – Work from Office)

Location – Whitefield, Bangalore

Required :

Must have completed their education (Bachelor’s and Master degree completely)

Must be local to Bangalore (Born and brought up in Bangalore/settle in Bangalore)

Candidate must have excellent English communication skill and comfortable for night shift

Preferred female candidates

Role and Responsibilities :

Interact with team via email/calls related to IT related queries

Take the queries and raised the tickets over the portal

Maintain a track record of the queries and make sure will resolve them on timely manner by coordinating with the internal IT team

CTC – 3.20 LPA/22k in hand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
