IT Helpdesk Engineer

Overview

The IT Help Desk representative will be responsible for providing essential IT help Desk support services. This role involves system monitoring, helpdesk support, and security patch management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Security Patch Management: Implement and manage security patches to protect client systems from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups are performed and manage data recovery processes to safeguard client information.
• Software Management: Install, update, and manage essential software required for client business operations.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system monitoring tools, helpdesk software, and security patch management. Knowledge of data backup and recovery solutions. Experience with ConnectWise RMM Manage and Automate is required. Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 Admin portals is required.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Network Management: Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
• Server Administration: Knowledge of server administration and maintenance.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
