Job Title: IT Helpdesk Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure desktops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with software deployment, patch updates, and IT inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
