About the job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Executive to monitor, maintain, and support production systems and business applications. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring system availability, coordinating with technical teams, and providing timely resolutions to minimize business impact.
Location/Hours:
Position: Production Support Executive
Department: Operations / IT Support
Location: Bhayander
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day, 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Job responsibilities/expectations:
- Monitor production applications and systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Respond to user queries and provide timely support for application-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and engineers to investigate and resolve incidents.
- Perform routine system health checks and monitor scheduled jobs and processes.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain incident logs, support documentation, and status reports.
- Track, manage, and follow up on incidents through closure.
- Ensure compliance with support procedures, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation in BSC
- Basic knowledge on troubleshooting concepts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired qualifications
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar incident management systems.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify issues, and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support processes.
- Good teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
