Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of IT Service Delivery for our fast-growing business unit in India. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting business operations through reliable IT infrastructure, end-user support, and operational excellence.
In addition to service delivery responsibilities, the IT Manager will serve as the local administrative point of contact for a cross-functional team of application specialists working on ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, and other enterprise applications, supporting their HR-related coordination needs only. Day-to-day direction, task management, and functional oversight for this team remain fully with US-based leadership.
Key Responsibilities
IT Service Delivery (India Business Unit)
Serve as the local administrative liaison for India-based ERP and BI application specialists. This includes coordination of office logistics, local HR processes, and basic operational support. Functional leadership, task prioritization, and performance direction remain under US-based management.Support local HR processes, including timekeeping coordination, office onboarding logistics, and facilitation of performance review processes as directed by US-based leadership. This role does not conduct or evaluate performance independently.Support a collaborative and professional working environment by coordinating basic local needs and promoting effective communication across time zones.Strategic & Operational Alignment

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of IT operations and service delivery for the India region, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage local infrastructure, end-user computing, network support, and IT security in coordination with global standards.
- Oversee vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure efficient delivery of IT services.
- Act as the escalation point for IT issues affecting India-based operations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on IT service metrics, performance KPIs, and user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders to implement technology strategies aligned with company growth and operational goals.
- Support onboarding, expansion, and integration activities as the India unit scales rapidly.
- Champion IT governance, data protection, and compliance in line with global policies and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in an IT management or team lead capacity.
- Proven experience delivering IT services in a mid-to-large scale enterprise, preferably across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) from an operations or support perspective.
- Experience working in a matrixed global environment, especially with remote functional reporting lines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism.
- ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge of service management frameworks.
- Experience supporting cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience working with US-based teams or within multinational corporations.
