Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, driven, and tech-savvy professional to lead and manage all IT-related initiatives at StylGROUP. This role is at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, and requires someone who is passionate about using technology to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

· IT Infrastructure Management

Oversee all IT systems across our three offices, ensuring seamless hardware, software, network, and security functioning.

Act as the single point of contact for any tech-related issue—working with external vendors where necessary.

· Automation & Digitization

Identify and execute automation opportunities across departments (e.g., using scripts, tools, platforms).

Lead digitization initiatives, including adoption of productivity, workflow, or cloud-based tools.

· Project Management Tools & Systems

Drive the implementation and adoption of project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or others based on fit.

Train and support internal teams in using the selected tools for operational effectiveness.

· Strategic IT Initiatives

Work directly with leadership to chart out and execute strategic IT roadmaps.

Evaluate and deploy tools that can enhance business functions—be it in design, supply chain, HR, or finance.

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2 + years of experience

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tools/platforms and rolling out new tech processes in companies.
• A problem-solver, curious, hands-on, and resourceful.
• Strong project ownership with the ability to multitask across functions.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise software, integrations, and systems thinking.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
