Job Title: IT Manager

Department: Information Technology
Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations

Job Summary:

The IT Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel’s information technology infrastructure. This includes managing hardware, software, networks, data security, PMS (Property Management System), and other technology platforms to ensure efficient and secure operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain hotel IT systems including servers, networks, computers, printers, and software.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the Property Management System (PMS), POS systems, email, and guest Wi-Fi.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect data and hotel systems.
• Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system updates.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards.
• Train staff on the use of systems and ensure adherence to IT protocols.
• Manage IT budgets and procurement of technology equipment and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, IPTV, VOIP).
• Knowledge of networking, server management, firewalls, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a small team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
