Leadership: Mentoring technical teams, managing talent, and conducting performance evaluations. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with business unit heads, stakeholders, and vendors to align IT with business needs. Compliance & Security: Ensuring data security, compliance with policies, and system uptime. In-depth knowledge of core IT infrastructure: Networks, Firewall, Zero Trust platform, Cyber Security & virtualization technologies.
IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in frameworks like ITIL, Incident, Request, and Change Management. for effective IT service delivery.
Windows domain & Cloud Proficiency: Possess a Strong knowledge on Active Directory, SCCM, Intune ,AV, VM & Azure. Network Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of network concepts, protocols, and hands-on experience with network equipment (switches, routers, SD-WAN, Firewalls (Checkpoint or Palo Alto)), Zscaler, Micro-Segmentation.
Problem Solving skill: Diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently. Project management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects effectively.
Customer-centric: Understand customer needs and ensure high service levels for maximum satisfaction.
Resource management: Allocate resources, including staff scheduling, to optimize IT goals.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team leader: Motivate and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Compliance: Ensure IT operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards through internal and external audits.
Vendor management expertise: Manage relationships with IT vendors effectively.
