Overview

IT & Network Security Engineer 24x7 (m/f/*) – Junior to Professional Level

Your Responsibilities:

• Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems in the areas of Windows Server,

Active Directory, VMware, Exchange (On-Prem & Cloud), Storage, and Network Security

• Support of network and security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Check Point, Barracuda)

• Independent handling of service requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with

internal processes (based on Prio and SLAs)

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

• Close collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams

• Participation in 24x7 shift operations to ensure system availability

Your Profile:

• Completed IT education (e.g., technical college, apprenticeship, university of applied

sciences) or equivalent professional experience

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory

• Experience with VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, etc.)

• Experience with network components and protocols (Routing & Switching, VPN, firewall

configurations, firewall management-tools Fortinet Manager/Authenticator/EMS, Check

Point Smart-Center-Server, Barracuda Control-Center)

• Structured and self-reliant working style

• Willingness to work in 24x7 shift operations

• Team player with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g., IaaS, AD Connect, mail routing)

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments (On-Prem / M365)

• Basic knowledge of Linux (for monitoring and simple troubleshooting)

• Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, Fortinet-Certifcations (NSE4, FCP, ...)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
