Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, progress tracking, resource coordination, and ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential to keep teams aligned and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor software development projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Conduct regular project reviews to track progress and identify risks or delays.

Generate and share weekly project status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource needs.

Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings in Agile environments.

Proactively resolve issues and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing software or web development projects.

Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience in generating and presenting clear, concise client reports.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

Technical background or hands-on experience in software development is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Git, CI/CD, or QA processes is advantageous.
