Responsibilities
Ensuring success of DHL Fulfillment Network customers and warehouses by:
- Steering project activities including IT integrations, process alignment, and operational readiness
- Consulting customers and warehouses on Fulfillment Network (FN) operational and IT processes
- Ensuring warehouses follow FN standards, tools, and implementation guidelines during preparation and rollout
- Partnering closely with Product Management to highlight gaps and drive product improvements
- Driving long-term sustainability and operational stability of delivered solutions
- Leading and coordinating site enablements across the network
Supporting customers from contract signature to go-live by:
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Managing hypercare support and resolving post go-live issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Overseeing Golden Transactions and implementation quality through validation and cross-checks
- Training Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Service teams on customer-specific processes
- Leading customer-side resources and ensuring readiness for a successful go-live
- Escalating within the customer organization when go-live timelines are at risk due to missing inputs or dependencies
Stakeholder Management
- Managing and aligning cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Warehouses, Run, Product Management, Customer Service, external suppliers) without direct authority
Divisional Experience
- Proven track record of working effectively in a highly complex global, regional, and local matrix environment
- Extensive knowledge of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations
- Strong communication skills with solid customer-facing experience
Functional Experience
- Process-oriented with a consultative and collaborative approach
- Highly developed facilitation and influencing skills across all levels
- Ability to manage own and outsourced work in an organized and methodical way, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
- Experience or strong affinity in IT, process management, and project management (e.g., working with WMS), along with strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills
