About The Role
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager (1–3 years’ experience) to support an agile delivery team and manage smaller, well-defined IT projects. This role offers strong exposure to agile practices, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery, with a clear growth path towards owning larger initiatives over time.
You will primarily support an agile delivery team and take ownership of small to medium IT projects.
This role is ideal for someone who has some hands-on delivery experience, is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and is keen to grow into a broader project/delivery leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an agile team in delivering a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements.
- Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coordinate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and maintain a delivery‑ready backlog.
- Plan and manage small to medium IT projects (scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issues).
- Maintain core project artifacts such as plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track progress, identify and escalate risks/blockers, and help remove impediments.
- Communicate clearly with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, PMO, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and exposure to structured project delivery (waterfall or hybrid).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps / similar, plus MS Office.
- Good understanding of basic project management and agile concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between agile backlog work and structured project assignments.
- Eager to learn and build a long‑term career in IT delivery / project management.
