The IT Project Manager & PMO Lead is responsible for standardizing project management practices, improving project management processes, tracking IT project performance and project management of large projects.

This position reports to the Director – ePMO, Governance & Compliance and is part of the Information Technology group located in Pune and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage a portfolio of IT Applications projects across Pall.
• Develop and Implement PMO Standards: Establish and maintain project management standards and methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Project Governance: Oversee the governance of projects ensuring effective change and release management aligning with project compliance requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Develop metrics, analytics and reporting capabilities and deliver project portfolio updates to senior leadership.
• Support and Training: Provide training and support to project managers and other stakeholders to enhance project management capabilities.
• Project Management of Large Projects: Plan, execute, document, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Experienced people leader with a strong background in managing complex IT application projects in a global organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation at all levels.
• Excellent judgement, strong analytical skills, experience in risk assessment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
• In depth experience in business relationship management, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering business requirements.
• Highly customer focused when setting priorities, ensuring performance meets customer expectations, able to understand the impact on the organization of change.
• Continuous Improvement mindset using DBS tools or equivalent.
• Proficiency with project management tools

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Build PMO framework or participate in implementation of PMO Framework
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• IT Project Governance
