IT Project Manager (Remote/Female only)

Overview

We are looking for Project Manager with at least 5 year of experience for our UAE branch.
Requirements:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocations, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication among team members across different geographical regions and time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations, including scope changes and delivery timelines, through regular status updates and formal reporting.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, including resource constraints, technical challenges, and scheduling issues.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to proactively address potential disruptions.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Work with finance teams to forecast costs and provide timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to contractual obligations, industry regulations, and local compliance requirements.
• Oversee change control processes to maintain project integrity and documentation accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor performance of external vendors or subcontractors.
• Ensure third-party deliverables align with project requirements, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate with field services engineering teams to plan and schedule on-site installations, maintenance, and support activities.
• Track field engineers’ performance, on-site progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee managed service operations, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met or exceeded.
• Implement processes and tools that enhance service delivery and optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and present regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.
• Guide and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and support professional development initiatives.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.
• Champion process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance future project delivery.

Must Have:
ITIL, PMP or Scrum Master Certified preferred.
Must have experience in managed and professional services industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
