IT Support - Internship

About the internship:

We are seeking an IT Intern to support our IT team in managing hardware assets, providing desktop support, and performing Level 1 troubleshooting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain and update inventory of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
2. Assist in allocation and tracking of hardware assets.
3. Provide first-level support for end-user devices.
4. Assist with basic configuration and setup of laptops and desktops.
5. Resolve basic technical issues related to laptops, desktops, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
7. Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
8. Support IT team in preparing reports related to asset management and support tickets.

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Gurgaon only
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR₹ 13,000 - 15,000 /month

Other Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.

3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams).

4. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

5. Education

6. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

7. Zeal to learn and grow in the IT domain.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

9. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
