We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Duties

• Provide technical support to users regarding computer systems, software, and hardware-related issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operation of all systems
• Document all IT-related processes and procedures

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of computer networking principles
• Experience with firewall and security protocols
• Familiarity with computer management tools such as Remedy
• Strong technical support skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
