IT SUPPORT

Overview

• Upload new products to online marketplaces including product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Regularly update stock and inventory across all platforms to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track inventory levels and restock alerts.
• Perform regular audits of online listings to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed items, and compliance issues on marketplaces.
• Maintain product catalog consistency across platforms (SKUs, variations, sizes, prices, etc.).
• Create and maintain Excel/CSV sheets for bulk product uploads.
• Assist with setting up promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal pricing changes.
• Provide IT-related back-end support for eCommerce tools, plugins, and APIs.
• Report bugs, raise tickets with marketplace support, and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate digital assets for uploads.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
