Experience: 5+ years
Location: Pune (Kirloskarvadi)

Must have: End to End business process hands on, solution design, client management, individual contributor
Additional skills: Strong client management and communication skills
SAP Implementations: Minimum 1 Projects- Hands on
SAP AMS Support: Minimum 2 Projects -Hands on
S/4 HANA: Minimum 1 project- Hands on (Preferred)
Root cause Analysis (RCA): Should be able to do RCA independently for recursive and P1 tickets
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with MM, SD, FI, and Basis teams for integrated
Testing: Experience in SIT/UAT support and defect resolution solutions
Documentation: Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
Flexibility: Flexible to travel on need basis onsite
Ownership: Take ownership, willing to go extra mile
