Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst (Level 1) with 2–5 years of helpdesk experience to join a fast-paced global environment where growth is driven by initiative and ability—not tenure. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for internal users, helping resolve day-to-day technical issues and keeping systems running smoothly.

What You Will Do:
- Respond to internal IT tickets using Freshservice
- Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and Amazon Workspaces
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff
- Document all support activity clearly
- Collaborate with the global helpdesk team
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Expertise: 2–5 years of L1 helpdesk / IT support experience.
- Analytical Strength: Proficiency in troubleshooting cloud apps, endpoints, and user access.
- Strong Communication: Excellent skills in documentation, communication, and presentations.
- Technical Proficiency:
- — Office 365
- — Adobe (Reader and/or Pro)
- — Amazon Workspace
- — KnowBe4 (our IT training platform)(preferred but not required)
- — Mimecast (preferred but not required)
- — OKTA (preferred but not required)
- — RingCentral (preferred but not required)
- — Zscaler (preferred but not required)
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Additional Information:
- Freshservice experience is preferred but not required
- US (EST) hours work shift for onboarding (first 2-weeks)
- INDIAN (IST) hours work shift after onboarding weeks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹425.00 - ₹900.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
