Work Experience
- PC Platforming & Imaging: Prepare and deploy Windows-based workstations using standard Customer's images or manual setup when required.
- Domain Management: Join local machines to the corporate domain and ensure correct organizational unit (OU) placement and policy application.
- Software Installation: Install and configure core corporate tools (security, communication, development environments, etc.) according to IT guidelines.
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues in the Hub, including connectivity problems, software malfunctions, or hardware faults.
- Virtual Infrastructure Support (Nutanix): On demand, apply required changes or basic maintenance to virtual machines in the Nutanix environment under instruction from Customer HQ.
- Coordination with External Vendors: Act as the local contact and filter between customer’s IT team and third-party provider Quest IT for escalated or specialized support.
- Change & Configuration Management: Document all system changes and follow best practices for IT asset tracking and configuration control.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all devices comply with Customer's security policies including encryption, antivirus, and user access management.
