We are currently seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our Calicut office. This role is central to managing our IT systems, supporting end-users, and helping implement automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or escalate to Microsoft support when necessary
• Manage Microsoft 365 admin accounts, billing, licensing, and tenant settings
• Research, implement, and customize SharePoint solutions to improve organizational workflows
• Explore, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation
• Conduct SEO audits and coordinate with the content and web development teams
• Maintain cloud platform user permissions and support ERP system operations
• Document IT processes and procedures clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and ensure security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in IT support and infrastructure management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge or willingness to learn SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment

Performance Measures

• Successful implementation and adoption of SharePoint projects
• Number of business processes automated using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Effective management of Microsoft 365 environment
• Timely response and resolution of IT support requests
• Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from internal users

Pay: ₹9,635.66 - ₹20,464.54 per month
