Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in IT support roles with progressive responsibility

· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)

· Bash, Python and AWS

· Experience supporting development environments and tools

· Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for MS365 administration and automation

· Understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance frameworks and requirements

· Experience with user lifecycle management (onboarding, changes, offboarding)

· Knowledge of security best practices and implementation

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Strong documentation and process development abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
