Job Summary: Jogger Group is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Support basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and printer issues.
• Assist senior IT staff with system upgrades, backups, and security protocols.
• Educate users on best practices for IT systems and software usage.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and report any hardware issues.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional travel to other company sites if required.
• May require occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,624.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
