IT Support Engineer

Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and support a range of technological systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP systems, network infrastructure, firewall management, camera surveillance systems, and general IT support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support SAP applications and modules.

Configure, monitor, and manage security firewalls to protect organizational data.

Set up, install, and maintain security cameras and surveillance systems.

Manage and support the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VPNs.

Provide technical support to staff regarding hardware, software, and network issues.

Implement security policies and ensure compliance across all systems.

Assist in planning and executing IT projects and system upgrades.

Monitor system performance and optimize network and security configurations.

Document IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with SAP systems and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with firewall management (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet, etc.).

Hands-on experience with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance system installation and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, SAP certifications) are a plus.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
