IT Support Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Format computers and install operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Manage LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls, IP addressing).
• Set up and maintain Virtual Machines
• Provide technical support to employees both on-site and remotely.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
• Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.
• Handle antivirus and endpoint security setup and updates.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Provide technical support to internal staff (onsite and remote).
• Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed.
• Monitor network performance and optimize usage for stability and speed.
• Monitor system performance (Physical Server and Cloud VM) and logs.
• Perform routine system maintenance and backups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
