IT Support Engineer

Overview

• Maintaining the laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches
• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server 2012/2016/2019 Administration: Install, Configure & manage
• Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system.
• Installation and configuration of windows Hyper-V server 2016/2019.
• Create, destroy, and configure Hyper-V virtual machines
• Create, destroy, and manage virtual hard disks
• Direct control of virtual machine functions; for example: stop, start, and save
• Create, delete, apply, and revert checkpoints
• Experience with server migration/upgrade of Windows environment from one version to another version.
• Experience working with various levels of technical individuals at remote locations and vendors to resolve problems or in implementing new solutions.
• Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
• Experience in Managing Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,FSMO,File server, Print Server.
• Windows Patch Management
• Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to SVN server and maintaining the SVN Backup.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Server,Backup & Antivirus etc.
• Experience in windows active directory concepts, configure and manage.
• Working Knowledge of ADFS Server.
• Experience in Managing and Troubleshoot VPN.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to GIT server and maintaining the GIT Backup.
• Installation and configuration of Terminal Services
• Monitoring and maintaining the SAN & NAS Devices
• Installation and configuration of Linux OS (Ubuntu, Cent OS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
