JOB PURPOS
E:
We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist our service delivery team with IT related technical support issues. You will be supported by a global managed service provider, but will be the local point of contact. You will assist diagnosing hardware and software issues with devices, both windows and iOS and be the point of contact in the event of onsite repairs. You will be able to work on your own with minimal supervision but will report into the UK IT service te
am.
