IT Support Engineer

Overview

Position Title: IT Support Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and networks.
• Installing and configuring windows computer systems.
• Manage Windows AD Server.
• Manage & troubleshoot Router, Switch, CCTV issues.
• Regularly communicate with management and colleagues to get clarity of issues and queries they face.
• Maintain Asset Inventory.
• Configure mail ids in MS outlook.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the user.
• Manage and resolve problems of Office365 on admin level.
• Manage and handle Sophos Firewall.
• Manage the Policies, procedures & documentation of ISO 27001:2022.
• Manage all software licensing for Microsoft.
• Manage Admin profile of Rediffmailpro.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Set up domain accounts and workstations.
• Build and manage an internal technical documentation, SOPs, manuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 3-7 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
• Diploma in Information Technology and Information Systems.
• Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.

Specific Knowledge:

• Knowledge of AD Server, Windows OS, Hardware, Networking.
• Basic Knowledge about Firewall, VPN, NAS.
• Proven work experience as an IT support engineer.
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and graphical interface.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
