What You Will Do

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of our internal Business IT team. You play a key role in the delivery of first class service and technical support to all Metyis employees. The Business IT team manages all workplaces, ensures the right working conditions, and helps all Metyis employees with their incidents, problems, and requests in collaboration with our external IT partner. You will facilitate that our current and new colleagues can always do their work where ever they are.

• Assist and guide end users on how to use standard office applications and follow best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and other IT services in collaboration with employees.
• Handle the technical aspects of onboarding and off-boarding employees.
• Install and deploy hardware using Intune and Autopilot tools.
• Monitor and manage hardware warranties, replacements, and repairs.
• Maintain and update manuals and documentation for IT processes.
• Work closely with our internal IT teams and external IT partners to ensure smooth and efficient IT support on a daily basis.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• At least 5-9 years of working onsite providing IT Support and familiar with IT support processes and tools.
• Operational management and support of standard office hardware and applications.
• Windows 11 and MacBook installation and management.
• Smart phones and tablets like iPhones, iPads, Android phones.
• Microsoft 365 (tenant) admin centers like Azure AD, Exchange, EndPoint Manager.
• Office 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing tools and rooms.
• Basic knowlegde of office network (Wi-Fi) and printing.
• Fluent in local language(s) and English.
• Excellent customer service skills, energetic and enjoys helping people.
• Ability to work independently and organize and structure your own work and tasks.
• Like to learn new things and keep up-to-date and develop yourself in (especially) Microsoft Cloud products.
• Candidates must possess a relevant Microsoft certification such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, demonstrating proficiency in supporting Microsoft environments.
