We focus on After Sales business for Mercedes Benz Trucks. We work on close to 140 applications and @ DTICI we encourage Innovation mindset with latest technologies closely associated to our products.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Functional Consultation and User training.
- Handle Level 2 tickets (Incident, Problem, Change and Request) depending on the issue reported
- Data Correction using SQL scripts
- Preferably PostgreSQL, Experience in Oracle DB is also fine
- Good Communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent understanding of Service Operations
- Logical and process oriented mindset
