We are looking for an energetic and hands-on IT Support Executive to manage and resolve day-today technical issues across the office. This role involves first-line support for hardware and software problems, basic network troubleshooting, and ensuring all systems run smoothly for internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system breakages, slowdowns, and common tech-related concerns
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment
- Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations
- Support the IT team in maintaining inventory and asset tagging
- Ensure basic system hygiene, including antivirus checks and timely updates
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated issues when required
- Document recurring issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an IT support or desktop support role
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and commonly used office software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide user-friendly solutions
- Exposure to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or helpdesk tools Location: Mumbai
