IT Support Executive

Overview

Role Summary:

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT and technical support across multiple locations. The role involves onsite and remote support, troubleshooting OS and hardware issues, and occasional involvement in basic networking and firewall-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Operations

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to users across all locations.( Mumbai, Goa)
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding IT requirements (system setup, access, etc.)

Remote & Multi-location Support

• Provide remote IT support to the Goa office
• Coordinate and travel to Vasai or the Head office for on-site support when required
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution

Networking & Security (Plus Skill)

• Basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches
• Assist in monitoring or basic checks of firewalls and network connectivity
• Escalate complex network/security issues to external vendors or senior IT resources

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines
• Track and close support tickets within defined SLAs

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop support
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, routers, firewalls)
• Ability to provide remote support effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate :

• IT graduate with 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Experience supporting multiple locations or remote users
• Exposure to networking or firewall troubleshooting is a strong plus.

Qualification:

• Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage

Experience:

2+ years in IT Support / Desktop Support

Location

Mumbai (Primary)
Travel required to Vasai and Head Office (HO) as and when needed
Remote support for Goa location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
