Job Summary
The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems within the school. The role involves maintaining hardware, software, network systems, and supporting staff and students with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computers, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
Troubleshoot network and system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Support staff with email accounts, system access, and IT-related queries.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper functioning of all devices.
Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for classrooms, events, and meetings.
Ensure data security, system updates, and backups are maintained.
Coordinate with the IT team for system upgrades and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
Key Skills
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of operating systems and IT security.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide quick technical support in a school environment.
