Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed
• Resolving technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Establishing accounts for new users and assisting with password or login problems
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Providing technical support across the company
• Providing technical support to maintain the organization's computer systems, both hardware and software, and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

• Troubleshooting of Mac and Windows
• Excel
