Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Internship Role: Desktop Support Intern

Duration: 3 to 6 months (with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance)

Stipend: As per industry standards (Discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level technical support to internal staff.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and software.

· Assist in managing IT assets and maintaining inventory.

· Support in setting up user accounts, email, and access permissions.

· Help resolve network connectivity and hardware issues.

· Document support tasks and maintain incident logs.

Requirements:

· Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.

· Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and a customer-service mindset.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
