The IT Support Officer will be responsible for installation, maintenance and updation of software, troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and update software, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, printers, scanners and peripherals
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus and security patching
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Provide technical support to employees (desktop, laptop, email, software)
- Backup data and ensure system security
- Maintain documentation for IT systems and support tickets
Eligibility
- Diploma / Graduate
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT support / desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and common business software
- Hands-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, routers, switches)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary And Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Depends on experience, skills and interview performance
- Annual salary revision based on performance
