IT Support Officer

Overview

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Setting up accounts for new employees.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Should have excellent communication & troubleshooting skills.
• Perform routine maintenance of internal services as and when required.
• Responsible for maintaining landlines systems and ensuring the smooth operation of servers to facilitate uninterrupted communication and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
