About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for our employees and systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access control.
- Support remote and on-site employees with IT-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and security.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
✅ Basic understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting methodologies.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to work independently.
✅ Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications (a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
