Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Qualification: B Tech/Diploma in IT or CS

Experience: Min 5 years (ERP exp preferring)

We are a growing retail pharmacy chain committed to delivering quality healthcare products and services. With multiple outlets and a centralized inventory system, we rely on robust technology and seamless ERP integration to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the ERP system used across retail pharmacy stores (e.g., inventory, billing, procurement, and accounting modules).
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for customization, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Train and support pharmacy staff on ERP usage and IT-related issues.
• Monitor daily IT operations including system backups, network connectivity, and hardware maintenance.
• Implement and maintain POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, user access control, and backup management across all locations.
• Collaborate with the accounts and operations teams to streamline IT processes and reporting.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues at store level and provide remote/on-site support as required.
• Generate reports from the ERP system to assist in business decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per month
