Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Support Specialist to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shillong, Meghalaya, ideal for someone who can take initiative, lead IT operations, and ensure smooth technical functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide senior-level support for complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection.
• Lead IT-related projects and upgrades across the company.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery.
• Train and support staff on IT tools and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all IT assets and procedures.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems.
• Proficient in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and VPNs.
• Experience with server maintenance, cloud services, and data backup solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft) are an advantage.
