IT Support Technician

Overview

Education: Diploma / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth IT operations for both office staff and production line users by proactively monitoring and maintaining IT systems.
• Maintain 24/7 uptime of network and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of business-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices to secure and protect the IT environment from unauthorized access, data breaches, and disruptions.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for barcode printers, scanners, networking equipment, and production line reporting tools.
• Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backups to keep IT infrastructure up to date and resilient.
• Document issues, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support new IT implementations and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and licenses, ensuring proper tracking and renewal.
• Conduct user training and support for IT systems, applications, and devices as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
