IT Support Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to assist with maintaining and troubleshooting our bar’s IT systems. This is an opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems and security software.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Wi-Fi, routers, and surveillance systems.
• Assist staff with technical issues and provide IT support as needed.
• Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Managing user accounts and access to systems.
• Performing data backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with POS systems and security cameras is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
