You’ll also quickly see the impact of your work in the real world as MishiPay is live in 14 countries across the globe.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT & System Administrator to join our team. The IT & System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. The IT & System Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain company laptops (Windows/macOS)
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure device security, encryption, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.
• Handle shipping and tracking of IT devices across different locations or to remote employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and replacements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with MDM (JamfPro).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
