IT System Administrator (Windows & Local PC Support)

Overview

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage and support our local IT infrastructure, focusing primarily on Windows installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting local PC issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and basic networking, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues reported by users.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system backups.
• Set up and maintain local networks, printers, and other peripherals.
• Ensure systems and applications comply with company policies and IT best practices.
• Document technical procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
• Assist with inventory management of IT hardware and licenses.
• Respond promptly to support tickets and resolve user issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN) and security practices.
• Familiarity with antivirus tools, system imaging software, and remote desktop tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
