IT Technician

Overview

• To check for the daily complaints in complaint register of each floor
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting and resolve the issues timely.
• Managing technical documentation.
• Conducting regular system backups.
• Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, prints services, and email provision.
• Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data and IT systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage the IT budget.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the healthcare industry.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to hospital staff on new technologies and existing system.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance and initiatives to hospital leadership.
• Do preventive maintenance of IT equipments & asset coding.
• Management of CCTV, its functioning & data storage.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
