IT Technician

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Support end-users with daily IT problems and queries.
• Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve IT processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common troubleshooting tools.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols, routers, and switches.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
