Overview
● Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows, Mac, etc.)
● Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and hardware peripherals. ● Set up new workstations and user accounts.
● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
● Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
● Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
● Ensure data backups are performed regularly and troubleshoot backup issues.
● Manage antivirus and endpoint security systems.
● Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage procurement when needed.
● Support remote users through tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Microsoft Remote Desktop.
● Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees from a tech standpoint.
● Document processes, configurations, and IT support tickets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
