IT Trainer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging IT training programs on topics such as programming, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analysis, and more.
• Customize training content based on the skill level and requirements of the participants (from beginners to advanced).
• Conduct hands-on exercises, labs, and demonstrations to reinforce learning and improve technical skills.
• Assess and monitor participant progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, exercises, and quizzes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and integrate new tools, platforms, and techniques into training programs.
• Provide individual coaching to help participants overcome specific technical challenges.
• Track training outcomes and adjust content and delivery methods to maximize effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. Certifications in specific technologies (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience as an IT trainer, educator, or in a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of various IT domains such as software development, databases, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience with online training tools, platforms, and virtual classrooms is a plus.
• Ability to adapt training content for different learning styles and technical backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
